Dashiqiao silk spinning factory is an export & import enterprise which is specialized in manufacturing tussah spun silk yarn,sliver, noil,silk quilts and silk blankets. In 2002 our company has passed ISO9001 international quality system authentication, we were awarded several honors including ,the provincial agricultural industrialized leading enterprise, provincial agricultural industrialized key poverty relief enterprise and AAA credit unit by the government of LiaoNing province ". The tenet of our management is "survive on quality, develop on credit" We have been implementing the innovation of the technologies and equipments , dedicating to improve the quality of tussah silk products and the technologies of purifying, degumming, degreasing and spinning. We have developed" T98-01 bleaching and spinning technology to change the shortcomings of unevenness and unstable spinning caused by rough ,hard, super-long fiber .New technology made the tussah silk yarn not only used in field of carpets but also widely used in the field of knitted and woven fabrics. Through the continued innovation and transformation of the technology, the quality has reached the leading level. In order to transform our by-product ,we introduced two production lines which process the silk blanket and quilts so that the industrial chain extended further . There are overall 680 employees in our factory. In terms of facility, our factory has 8000 spindles correlative equipments of bleaching, combing and spinning. The annual production capacity of our factory is; 650 tons of tussah silk sliver and yarn (mulberry silk production) as well as all kinds of blended yarn; 20000 sets of silk quilts and silk blankets. The products have been gaining high reputation from both domestic and overseas customers With the spirit of honesty, innovation and development, we hope to extend hearty cooperation with friends of all circles to create a brilliant future.
